Profile of Assistant High Commissioner
Shri Niraj Kumar Jaiswal has assumed charge as Assistant High Commissioner of India (AHCI) in Assistant High Commission of India, Sylhet, Bangladesh, on 3rd September, 2020.
He has served in various capacities in Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi and in Indian Missions abroad, including Zanzibar, Ashgabat, New York, Bangkok, Birgunj, Biratnagar and Kathmandu.
Shri Jaiswal is a graduate in Arts with Honours in History. He speaks Bengali, Hindi and English. He is married to Mrs. Neeta Jaiswal and they have two daughters.
